Working late

I work until 7 p.m. most Friday nights?
How would I light candles when I’m not at home?

    I found out that you are able to light shabbat candles wherever you are- just bring the tealights and matches and recite the blessing at the proper time. A good idea would be to put the tealights in a bowl of water so that they won’t start a fire when you leave, and you won’t need to put them out. Happy FridayLight!

    I also work on Friday nights, in fact I am at work right now. I got permission to light the candles at my desk. The warmth they give off, and the additional feeling of security and happiness I get from them are things my boss gets to enjoy. Good luck… I hope someday to not be working.
